How to Make a Brick Fireplace with a Chimney

  • Dig out a 2×4 brick hole up to the ceiling on an exterior wall of the base.
  • Next, Dig out 2 bricks on the center floor
  • Place brick blocks in the hole.
  • Put 2 netherrack in the floor holes and cover 1 block deeper for the rest of the fireplace.
  • Next, you can continue to extend the chimney as high as you want
  • Use a Flint and Steel or Lighter to light up the netherrack

Materials Required

  • Block of Quartz,
  • Quartz Stairs,
  • Quartz Slab,
  • 3 Campfire,
  • 3 Glass Pane,
  • 10 Quartz Pillars,
  • 3 Polished Andesite.

To make this fireplace design, you need to get Quartz material.

  • Place 1 Quartz on the Ground and 2 more on top (both left and right sides).
  • Put 4 quartz blocks above the ground between them
  • Place 3 Campire in between
  • Cover it with Black Stained Glass Pane
  • Place 5 Quartz Blocks vertically on both sides
  • Put Polished Andesite just above the campfire.
  • Make a small window
  • Covered it with White Stained Glass Pane
  • Place Quartz Stairs just above the Window
  • Add some flower pots for decorations.

It has a clean and minimalistic modern aesthetic and it used white as the majority color. So, if you are looking for a fireplace for your modern home, this is the one for you.

Brick Minecraft Fireplace

Material needed for this Design:

  • Polished Granite
  • Bricks Stairs,
  • Bricks Slabs,
  • Bricks Walls
  • 3 Campfires
  • 3 iron bars

To Build this fireplace, you need Bricks.

  • Place Polished Granite as a floor
  • Dig 3 holes in the floor horizontally and fill them up with Bricks
  • Put 3 Campfire behind the holes
  • Place 3 iron bars above bricks on the ground
  • Cover the area with Bricks
  • Add Stairs and Slab for details
  • Continue piling the top with Bricks

Even though the material you use for this fireplace is simple, it looks quite cozy and aesthetic. Since Bricks are non-flammable, your house will not catch fire from the campfire.

What type of Materials to use for Minecraft Fireplace

It is recommended to use non-flammable substances such as Cobblestone for your fireplace. Don’t mix up the materials used for the fireplace with flammable and non-flammable items as it could catch fire even if they are 2-3 blocks away.

Best not to have any Flammable items such as Wood within two blocks of a Minecraft Fire, or else you might end up like the house below.
